What is liquid sunflower lecithin?

Lecithin is a 100% natural product that is extracted from sunflower seeds by cold pressing and natural extraction. This process occurs without the addition of chemical solvents, which is why all useful nutrients are preserved.

Health benefits of sunflower lecithin
