Chromium picolinate-80 mcg / 160 mcg, Green coffee extract – 120 mg / 240 mg, L–Carnitine – 117 mg/ 234 mg, Raspberry ketones – 80 mg / 160 mg, Green tea extract – 40 mg / 80 mg.

Method of use:

To 40-50 hot water add 1 tea spoons (about 2 ounces) instant coffee and mix well. Take up to 2 coffees a day. A package of 100 g coffee is enough for 50 doses.

Important information
