Milk thistle flour is produced from the seeds of the plant, ground on a stone mill. In this way, it preserves all the valuable qualities of the herb. Contains dietary fiber, protein and essential acids. Milk thistle is extremely useful for liver function and good digestion. Ingredients in 1 daily dose of 10 g :

Organic milk thistle flour ( Silybum marianum L.)- 10 g, of which Silymarin-225 mg, thiamine – 1.1 mg, vitamin B9 – 200 mcg, vitamin B12 – 2.5 mcg.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 10 g per day (2 measuring spoons).
