Milk thistle flour is produced from the seeds of the plant, ground on a stone mill. In this way, it preserves all the valuable qualities of the herb. Ingredients in 1 daily dose of 10 g :

Organic milk thistle flour-10 g, of which Silymarin-225 mg, extract of Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) – 100 mg, extract of Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurea) – 100 mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) – 80 mg.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 10 g per day (2 measuring spoons).
