Milk thistle flour is produced from the seeds of the plant, ground on a stone mill. In this way, it preserves all the valuable qualities of the herb. Contains dietary fiber, protein and essential acids. Milk thistle is extremely useful for liver function and good digestion. Ingredients in 1 daily dose of 10 g :

Organic milk thistle seed flour ( Silybum marianum L.) – 10 g, of which Silymarin – 225 mg, turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa) – 150 mg, ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) – 150 mg, Chromium (chromium picolinate) – 40 mcg.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 10 g per day (2 measuring spoons).
