Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is water-soluble and is the only vitamin that can accumulate in the liver, kidneys, spleen and lungs. It has a connection to energy production, as it plays a role in the formation of blood and the delivery of oxygen to the organs. Vitamin B12 prevents the development of anemia and supports the health of the cardiovascular system. Its deficiency is expressed in chronic fatigue, irritability, tinnitus, dizziness, nausea and pallor.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day with water.
Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) – 1000 mcg.

Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule).
Food supplement:

Contraindications:
