PRODUCT INFORMATION

Vitamin B complex delivers the optimal amounts of vitamins from the B group of the body. The action of each vitamin complements the effectiveness of others, while contributing to the functions of various systems in the body.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.

Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:

Vitamin B1 (Thamine) – 2.2 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – 7 mg, Vitamin B3 (Niacin) – 32 mg, Vitamin B 5 - Pantothenic acid (Calcium D – Pantothenic acids) – 12 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyrodoxine HCl) – 5 mg, Vitamin B9 (Folic acid) – 200 mcg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 5 mcg.

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule).

Food supplement:
