PRODUCT INFORMATION
The other name of vitamin B6 is pyridoxine and is a water-soluble vitamin. Supports the distribution of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, plays an important role in energy metabolism. Supports the cardiovascular system, immunity and proper functioning of the brain. Vitamin B6 is also a coenzyme, which means it interacts with other enzymes and is involved in chemical reactions in cells. Lack of the vitamin leads to mental problems, skin damage and deterioration of immunity.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day with water.
Maximum daily dose:
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - 10 mg.
