PRODUCT INFORMATION
The combination of bio honey, vitamins and iron is suitable for people prone to anemia and low hemoglobin levels. Iron citrate is optimally absorbed by the body. Iron is a necessary element for the normal operation of the liver, supports the delivery of oxygen to the brain and heart, reduces the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid (vitamin B9) promotes the formation of red blood cells, and vitamin B12 is associated with normal metabolism and energy production. Honey supports immunity, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal system. Favors upper and lower respiratory tract, has antibacterial action.
Ingredients:
Bio certified copper, iron (ferrous citrate), vitamin B9 (folic acid, folate), vitamin B12 (Cyancobalamin). No preservatives or artificial additives.
The product used pure organic certified honey, without preservatives, which is why crystallization is possible. The color can vary according to the type of herbs that are inserted.
It is not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women.
Nutritional values in 1 daily dose (7-9 g):
Organic honey: 8 g
Iron: 7 mg
Vitamin B9: 200 mcg
Vitamin B12: 2.5 mcg
Method of use:
For direct consumption. Take 7-9 g (1 teaspoon) a day (use a measuring spoon). One pack is enough for 30-40 days.
