PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ghee oil is obtained by spreading ordinary cow oil and from it the milk proteins are separated. It is suitable for people with lactose intolerance, but still after consulting a doctor. The oil does not spoil easily and it does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Method of use:

For direct consumption, in hot drinks, for frying, sauteed or simply spread on a slice of bread. The smoke point of the oil is high – up to 250^o C.
