PRODUCT INFORMATION
Flaxseed is called a functional food because its consumption has health benefits. It contains lignins, proteins, antioxidants, fiber and omega-3. According to studies, regular use of flaxseed reduces the risk of developing cancer. Due to its antioxidant properties, flaxseed takes care of heart health and reduces cholesterol levels. Helps relieve pain and stiffness in rheumatoid arthritis. Flaxseed favors the period of menopause by reducing the frequency and intensity of hot flashes. It has a mild laxative effect, it is applied to overweight and diabetes. It can be used in the form of tea for inflammatory processes in the stomach, intestines, bronchi and urinary tract.
Method of use:
For direct consumption: add to salads, sauces, raw desserts, sweet and salty baked goods.
For preparation of Extract: 1 soup spoon flaxseed is poured with 400 ml of cold water and left to soak for 2 hours. The liquid is strained, divided into 3 equal parts and drunk 3 times during the day.
