The combination contains fiber extracted from fruits, cereals and spices. With a balanced diet, the mix contributes to the effective functioning of the intestinal tract. Combines fiber from ground apple, carrot powder, gluten-free oatmeal, husk and apple powder. The earth Apple has a high content of inulin. It acts as a prebiotic, stimulates the growth of Bifidobacteria and limits the development of pathogenic bacteria E. coli, salmonella and listeria. Carrots are rich in insoluble fiber, which helps the passage of food through the gut and balance the intestinal flora. Oatmeal contributes to glucose metabolism after meals and reduces cholesterol levels. Husk contains soluble fibers that form a gel-like Mass in the stomach and thus maintain the feeling of satiety. Apples are rich in pectin and have the action of a prebiotic. Pectin is a source of beneficial bacteria, facilitates the passage of food and regular emptying of the intestines.

Method of use:

When dissolved in water, the mixture turns into a thick porridge with a slightly sweet taste. The daily dose of 2 tablespoons can be added to 100-200 ml of smoothies, juice or other liquid, depending on the preferred consistency.
