Turmeric contains a very high concentration of the compound curcumin (95 %), which has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Black pepper has antibacterial properties and acts as an antibiotic. It contributes to better absorption of curcumin and complements its antioxidant action. Turmeric and black pepper protect cells from damage, even from cancerous changes. Reduce gas, swelling and stomach upset, improve metabolism. They help with joint inflammation and reduce pain. The combination strengthens immunity, helps with colds and coughs.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals.

Maximum daily dose:

Turmeric-600 mg, Pepper – 120 mg, Chromium (Chrompicolinate) – 40 mcg.

Turmeric - 300 mg, Pepper – 60 mg, Chromium (Chrompicolinate) – 20 mcg.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin (capsule).
