Black cohosh has a rich content of glucosides, isoflavones, fatty acids, phytoestrogens, chromium, iron, selenium. It can be used in menopause, stress, insomnia, nervousness and tension. Shatavari can also be used for rapid recovery after childbirth and to stimulate lactation. Contributes to hormonal balance in women, strengthens immunity, favors the activity of the digestive system, relieves the body of excess fluids. The herb has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.
Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:
Black cohosh – (Shatavari) – 280 mg, vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hidrochloride) - 400 mcg.

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule).
Food additive:
