Borage oil contains almost 2 times more gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) than evening primrose, which is converted to prostaglandin E1 ((PGE1). This molecule functions as a hormone associated with reducing inflammation in skin diseases such as acne, rosacea, and eczema. It can also be used in the treatment of arthritis, diseases of the cardiovascular system, helps reduce cholesterol levels. Borage oil relieves the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and menopause, such as chest pain and tenderness, hot flushes and night sweats.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times a day with water, with meals.
