PRODUCT INFORMATION
The oil is obtained by cold pressing the seeds of Evening Primrose.
It contains two important omega - 6 unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic (alpha-linoleic) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which are extremely important for the functioning of organs.
It has a beneficial effect on gastrointestinal and urinary problems.
It is good for skin problems such as psoriasis, eczema, acne and other inflammatory processes. During pregnancy, the oil helps the skin to remain firm and elastic. Helps reduce headaches, anxiety and depression, prevents weight gain. Among all the benefits of taking evening primrose oil is the beneficial effect on the cardiovascular, immune and reproductive systems.
Method of use:
Internally: from 16 to 32 drops a day, taken in one or two doses. 16 drops of evening primrose oil equals 500 mg.
External: for skin massage, as an additive in various cosmetic products.
Maximum daily dose:
32 drops of evening primrose oil - 1000 mg.
