Combination of herbs black cohosh, fruit of Adam's tree, female ginseng, sweet potato, etc. Along with added magnesium, the herbs relieve the symptoms of hormonal changes, anxiety, depression, and muscle spasms during menopause. The formula can also be used for monthly menstrual discomfort.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water.
