The female ginseng is also known by the names Dong quai and Chinese Angelica. It is an aromatic plant that belongs to the celery family. The root has energizing and harmonizing qualities. Helps to achieve balance and relieve discomfort during the menstrual cycle in women.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water before eating.
