PRODUCT INFORMATION

Glucomannan is a type of water-soluble fiber contained in the tuber of the konjac plant. It is found in Japan, Indonesia and China. It is considered the most effective means of regulating blood sugar and weight loss in Asia. Glucomannan has the property of absorbing 200 times more water than its volume, forms a gel-like substance that is useful for digestion. It gives a feeling of satiety, reduces appetite and thus supports a lower calorie intake during the day. It can be combined with the intake of raspberry ketones, for more effective loss of pounds and body fat. Glucomannan promotes the development of beneficial intestinal bacteria, improves the function of the digestive system. It can be used for irritable bowel, swelling and pain in the abdomen, constipation. Konjac has the natural ability to lower blood sugar levels, slow the absorption of glucose in the intestine, and stimulate insulin production.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 3 times a day with water before meals.

Maximum daily dose of 6 capsules:

Glucomannan from konjac root extract-3000 mg, of which diosgenin – 2850 mg.

Ingredients in 1 capsule:

Glucomannan from konjac root extract-500 mg, of which diosgenin – 475 mg.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin (capsule).

100 capsules = 60 g.

Food supplement:
