Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.
Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:
Bitter melon extract – 360 mg, of which harantine – 18 mg, chromium (Chrompicolinatic) – 40 μg .

Other ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule).

Food additive:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use in persons under 18 years of age. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindications:
