Flakes from the seeds of Indian plantain (Plantago Ovata), which is composed mainly of fiber. Natural plant fibers are known for their ability to regulate the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate intestinal peristalsis and metabolism.
How to use:
Mix 1-2 tsp. with at least 150-200 ml of water or juice. A jelly-like mixture is obtained. After taking it, drink at least 1 more glass with liquid only. Take morning and evening before meals. If the husk is moistened with a little water, it is difficult to swallow and there is a danger of choking.
