PRODUCT INFORMATION:

The combination of valerian, passionflower, Ashwagandha and St. John's wort favors the nervous and cardiovascular system. Reduces tension and anxiety, contributes to better and fuller sleep.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, 15-20 drops dissolved in 100 ml of water 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals or when is necessary.

Maximum daily dose:

Valerian, Passiflora, Ashwagandha and St. John's wort-600 mg (60 drops).

Ingredients in 1 dose:

Valerian, Passiflora, Ashwagandha and St. John's wort-200 mg (20 drops).

Ingredients:

1ml contains 1ml tincture 1: 5, equivalent to 200mg of valerian, passionflower, Ashwagandha and St. John's Wort.

Other ingredients:

Organic glycerin 49%, Valerian extract, passionflower, Ashwagandha and St. John's wort 51%.
