PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ashwagandha is also known as Indian ginseng. Significantly reduces levels of cortisol (stress hormone), which is responsible for diseases of the cardiovascular system, metabolic abnormalities and accumulation of abdominal fat. Relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety, improves brain activity and memory. Ashwagandha can be used to prevent metabolic disorders because it increases the production of insulin, which is associated with the absorption of glucose from the blood. It is beneficial for diabetics, people who are overweight and sedentary. Ashwagandha reduces cholesterol levels, low-and very low-density lipoproteins that lead to blockage of blood vessels. Regular use of ashwagandha helps fertility in men because it increases sperm motility and activity. Indian ginseng increases physical efficiency and muscle mass. The action of Ashwagandha extract is complemented by added magnesium, vitamin B6 and plant silica.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, 2 capsules per day with food.

Maximum daily dose of 2 capsules:

Magnesium-112.5 mg, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) Root KSM66, standardized to 5% anolides, including 10% VITANOLIDES – 200 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) – 2.8 mg, silica (from rice).

Ingredients in 1 capsule:

Magnesium-56.25 mg, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) Root aposematic KSM 66, standardized up to 5% anolides, including 10% VITANOLIDES – 100 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) – 1.4 mg, silica (from rice).

Food supplement:

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use in children under 18 years of age. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.

Contraindications:

Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult your doctor before use.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, without direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
