PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Valerian tincture has a soothing and anti-stress effect. Relaxes the body, favors cardiac activity by regulating the pulse in stressful situations. Helps with headaches and helps to normalize digestion. Valerian has a mild sleeping effect and can be used to improve sleep.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, 20-30 drops dissolved in 200 ml of water, taken up to 3 times a day.
Maximum daily dose:
Valerian root-900 mg (90 drops).
Contents in 1 dose:
Valerian root-300 mg (30 drops).
Ingredients:
1ml contains 1ml 1:5 tincture, equivalent to 200mg valerana Root.
Other ingredients:
Glycerin 49%.
Nutritional value:
143 kcal / 50 ml.
Food additive:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use in children under 18 years of age. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contraindications:
Do not take this product if you are taking prescription medicines or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult your doctor before use.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, without direct sunlight.
