Eyebright has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties due to the rich content of biologically active substances such as quartzetin, coumarinic acid, apigenin, etc. Eyebright is used for hay fever, conjunctivitis, barley, inflammation of the tear duct, cataracts and tired eyes. Helps reduce intraocular pressure, has a strong antiallergic effect. It can also be used for physical eye injuries where the cornea is affected. Reduces pain and prevents the development of inflammation.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water before eating.
