PRODUCT INFORMATION
Inositol is a type of sugar similar to glucose. It is a major component for the construction of lecithin, which is involved in the breakdown of fat. This prevents fatty deposits in the cell walls of the heart, arteries and brain. Inositol is the compound responsible for cell division. Supports the function of the brain and nervous system, relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety. It is involved in the production of serotonin, which positively affects mood. It calms the central nervous system and improves sleep. It can be used in polycystic ovaries, as inositol normalizes testosterone and insulin levels.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.
