PRODUCT INFORMATION
Choline (vitamin B4) reduces bad cholesterol while simultaneously increasing good cholesterol. It helps to reduce fatty liver. It is involved in the Prevention of heart attacks and strokes by protecting blood vessels from the formation of atherosclerotic plaques. It positively affects brain functions. Inositol (Vitamin B8) can positively affect the symptoms of depression, panic, anxiety, and obsessive thoughts. Improves blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure levels. For this reason, the vitamin has a therapeutic effect on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, regulates menstruation, ovulation and fertility. There is also a reduction in weight.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules a day with food.
Maximum daily dose:
Choline 320 mg, inositol 320 mg.

Choline 160 mg, inositol 160 mg.
