PRODUCT INFORMATION
Folic acid is a form of Vitamin B-9. It is an important supplement for pregnant women and a mandatory element in prenatal prevention. Folic acid and its forms perform the key functions of preserving the health of the brain in infants, creating more red blood cells. It also keeps the cardiovascular system in good health, helping to neutralize homocysteine, responsible for DNA synthesis and maintaining cell integrity. Participates in a bunch of vital processes in our body.
The daily requirement of folic acid is 50-100 mcg, while in pregnant women it increases to 400 mcg.
Lack of folic acid in the body leads to anemia, gastrointestinal complaints, and during pregnancy increases the risk of developing a neural tube defect in the fetus.

Take 1 capsule daily with water.
