Every ingredient of this combination has been proven to work in weight loss. Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2 times a day with water after meals.

Maximum daily dose of 4 capsules:

Soy lecithin-600 mg, Alfalfa  (Medicago sativa) - 300 mg, apple vinegar extract-240 mg, Atlantic Kelp extract (Ascophyllum nodosum) - 120 mg, Vitamin B6-20 mg.

Contents in 1 capsule:

Lecithin from soy-150 mg, Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) - 75 mg, apple vinegar extract-60 mg, Atlantic Kelp extract (Ascophyllum nodosum) – 30 mg, Vitamin B6-5 mg.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin (Capsule).

100 capsules = 42 g
