Green coffee contains chlorogenic acid, which is a key polyphenol that stimulates thermogenesis. It assists in the reduction and burning of body fat. Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times a day with water before meals.

Maximum daily dose of 2 capsules:

Green coffee seeds - 740 mg, of which chlorogenic acid – 29.6 mg, caffeine - 2.2 mg, vitamin B7 (Biotin) – 15 mcg.

Ingredients in 1 capsule:

Green coffee seeds - 370 mg, of which chlorogenic acid – 14.8 mg, caffeine – 1.1 mg, vitamin B7 (Biotin) - 7.4 mcg.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin (capsule).
