The action of Garcinia Cambogia is due to the main ingredient – hydrocytrosic acid. This acid blocks a key enzyme in the synthesis of fats from carbohydrates. Garcinia Cambogia helps suppress appetite, reduces the absorption of fat from food and burning it. Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day with water.
