1ml contains 1 ml of tincture of Ashwagandha root 1: 5 equivalent to 250 mg. dry substance.
Method of use and dosage
As a dietary supplement, take 25 drops twice a day dissolved in 150 ml. water. / 25 drops = 1 ml. /
