PRODUCT INFORMATION
Whole-grain chickpea flour is a source of dietary fiber, manganese, selenium, copper, chromium, vitamin B1, magnesium, phosphorus and niacin.
Main features:
- Whole grain flour: In this flour nothing is removed and nothing is added. All parts of the nipple are preserved – endosperm, germ and shell.
- Ground on a stone mill: The most natural way to grind flour, which preserves all useful fiber, minerals, vitamins and enzymes.
- Great consistency: Whole-grain chickpea flour has a fluffy, finely ground structure.
- Uneversally: Can be used for sweet and savory baked goods, such as pizza and pastries. Flour is a very good thickener for dishes, soups or sauces.
