Return conditions

Only those customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract.

Art. 50. (Am. - SG. 61 of 2014., in force from 25.07.2014) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance or off-premises contract without giving a reason, without due compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, except the costs provided for in art. 54, Al. 3 and art. 55, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to contact us by phone, by email or using the contact form. You must describe that you want to return a product (or all products) from the order by filling in the required:

1. The number of your order (you will find it in an order confirmation or in your account if you are shopping as a registered user)

2. Reason for return of goods;

Before starting the return procedure, you should familiarize yourself with our Terms and conditions.:

1. The products must be in their original form without violating the commercial appearance.

2. Products already opened and / or used cannot be returned.

3. After receiving information where to return the products, you have 14 working days in which to send the products.

4. If within 14 working days we do not receive the products or you do not notify us that delivery will be delayed we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

5. We reserve the right to refuse restoration upon receipt of damaged products.

When returning a product, the packaging of which is damaged or incomplete, accessories and/or accompanying documents, brochures, descriptions, warranty card, etc. are missing from the kit. On the product has traces of wear, scratches, abrasions, wetting with water or other liquids, the Trader reserves the right to refuse the return of the goods, respectively the amount paid for it.

The refund of the paid amount shall be made by the order of its receipt, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the user was notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 52, Al. 1 and after receiving the returned goods, in the commercial premises, at the address indicated for contacts on the site:

1. When paying with cash on delivery, the amount is refunded to the user with cash on delivery after review and approval of the goods by the Trader.

2. Upon payment by bank transfer, the amount is refunded to the user in the bank account from which the payment was received by the user or to a specified by the user in case of lack, After review and approval of the goods by the Trader.

Attention! When returning products, not through the fault of the merchant, all fees and costs for the delivery of the goods to the commercial premises will be at your expense.
