PRODUCT INFORMATION

Boswellia is a tree that secretes aromatic resins. It is also called Indian incense and has a main place in Ayurveda treatment.

What makes Boswellia serrata so valuable:

• Anti-inflammatory effect: Boswellian acids block the synthesis of leukotrienes (hormone-like substances that are the main causes of inflammation). Soothes muscle and joint pain caused by arthritis, osteoarthritis and other rheumatic diseases.
• Regenerative action: It has a high content of allantoin, which explains Boswellia's ability to stimulate the formation of new healthy cells in the affected areas. It has a beneficial effect on connective tissue, stimulates cartilage tissue and the repair of blood vessels.
• Analgesic and antispasmodic action: Boswellia resin reduces pain, improves flexibility and mobility of joints. Relieves colitis, gastritis, cough and asthma.

Ingredients:

Boswellia resin of granules (Boswellia serrata).

Method of use:

Direct intake: 1-2 teaspoons Boswellia per day mixed with yogurt before meals. If the granules are larger, they can be saturated with a non-metallic object.

Dissolving in water: 1-2 teaspoons of the resin are poured with 1-2 cups of room temperature water. Cover for 10-12 hours, then strain. The resulting amount of liquid is divided into 3 equal parts and drunk during the day.

Dissolving in alcohol: Boswellia dissolves in a ratio of 1: 5, e.g. 25 evaluative resin dissolves in 150 evaluative medical alcohol (95-98 degrees). Rakija can be used, but the dissolution will not be complete. Drink 3 times a day before meals, dissolving 20 drops of the tincture in a little water. You can use an old glass because the resin sticks to the walls. Clean it with pure alcohol and a paper napkin.
