Boswellia (Shallaki / Indian incense / Boswellia serrata) is mentioned as a painkiller from ancient Sanskrit texts thousands of years ago. The herb is recommended for the relief of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, gout, joint pain, muscle aches and back pain, for the treatment of arthritis, asthma, chronic pain, Crohn's disease and sports injuries
Indications: Arthritis: The extract is effective in reducing joint swelling, pain, stiffness and other symptoms of inflammatory joint diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. Boswellia reduces knee pain and increases flexibility.
Joint care: Boswellia improves blood flow to the joints in spasms of blood vessels. Degradation of glycosaminoglycans damages articular cartilage. This process is common in patients taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Boswellia reduces the breakdown of glycosaminoglycans and protects joints. Respiratory problems: Studies have shown that boswellia extract reduces inflammatory factors that cause bronchoconstriction and improves blood supply by increasing blood vessel permeability. Clinical studies in patients with asthma have shown that Boswellia significantly reduces symptoms and improves lung and immune function.
Ingredients: Each capsule contains 125 mg of boswellia extract.
Recommended use: 1 capsule twice a day.
