Chicory contains inulin, fructose, intibin, organic acids, carotenes, minerals and vitamins B1, B2, PP, C. The roots of the plant are used. Method of use:

1-2 teaspoons of chicory with a Jerusalem artichoke are poured with 150-200 ml of boiling water or prepared on a jezve as usual coffee. It can be sweetened with natural sweeteners such as stevia, erythritol, maple syrup, etc. The water can be replaced with fresh or vegan nut milk.
