L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that is involved in the construction of important molecules, such as neurotransmitters, hormones, and proteins. It is a building block for the synthesis of dopamine, adrenaline and norepinephrine, which are involved in the regulation of mood and our responses to the environment (cognitive function). L - Tyrosine reduces stress levels, including from the load of intense workouts. Reduces anxiety, depression and mental fatigue, stimulates brain processes. Increases the release of heat from the body and the breakdown of fat.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 time a day with water.
Maximum daily dose of 1 capsule:
L-tyrosine - 340 mg, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) – 6 mg.

Food additive:
