Lemon balm is an herb known for its soothing effect. Supports memory and concentration, soothes muscle spasms and has pain-relieving properties. The composition of lemon balm includes terpenes, tannins and eugenol, which is why it has a beneficial effect in palpitations and an accelerated pulse. It is effective in depression and anxiety, improves sleep, stimulates appetite and digestion. The herb is rich in vitamin C, carotenes, flavonoids and organic acids. It is useful against viruses and acute cough.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsules 2 times a day with water.

Maximum daily dose of 2 capsules:

Lemon balm leaf powder-400 mg, vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – 400 μg.

Ingredients in 1 capsule:

Lemon balm leaf powder-200 mg, vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – 200 μg.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin (capsule).

60 Capsules = 18.01g.

Food supplement:

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use in persons under 18 years of age. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
