PRODUCT INFORMATION
Lemon balm relieves menstrual cramps and headaches especially if the latter is a result of stress. Its relaxing properties can help you relax, release tension and relax your muscles.
Helps reduce symptoms of anxiety and restlessness.
Relieves insomnia and improves sleep.
Improves cognitive function (memory and concentration).
If you experience frequent abdominal pain, nausea and discomfort, lemon balm can help. A cup of warm lemon balm tea will relieve the unpleasant feeling.
How to use lemon balm leaves:
2 tbsp. herbs are infused for 2 hours with 500 ml of boiling water. Drink 150 ml 3 times a day. If desired, you can add honey and lemon.

there is nothing better than our health, which we can support with a herbs.. and herbs has a strong power to us, so we need every day herbs, preparing like tea, tinctures and tablets.. our organism need pure food and for that God give us alot of options.
