Bee bread is obtained by preserving bee pollen in the honeycomb cells. Using their salivary glands and honey, bees cement the pollen and it goes through lactic-acid fermentation thanks to bacteria, yeast and enzymes. Perga has powerful antimicrobial properties and is a rich source of all essential amino acids and vitamins. It is recommended to consume bee bread for anemia, diseases of the gastrointestinal, endocrine and nervous system. Slows the aging of the body and keeps the skin elastic. Method of use:
For direct consumption. For adults 3-5 grains (5-6 G) about 30 minutes before meals. For children over 3 years 1-2 grains (2-3 grams) about 30 minutes before meals. It is good to take 1 month and repeat 2 times a year.
