Mint is a well-known herb that aids digestion and absorption of food. Soothes abdominal cramps, biliary, hepatitis and intestinal colic. It is used for gas, bloating and vomiting. In women, it favors menstruation and stimulates uterine contractions. It has a cleansing and tonic effect on the body. It can be used for insomnia, nervousness, irritability and palpitations.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times a day with water.
Maximum daily dose:
Mint leaf 600 mg.

Mint leaf 300 mg.

Gelatin.
