Zinc picolinate is a form of zinc in combination with picolinic acid. Zinc makes up about 20% of the total compound. Stimulates immunity, participates in the activation of enzymes, in the synthesis of proteins and in the construction of DNA. It provides communication between cells in the body and plays the role of a neurotransmitter. In men, it stimulates the production of testosterone and sperm.
