Zinc is an important mineral that may help maintain numerous enzymatic and structural functions in the human body. It also contributes to cellular metabolism, a healthy immune system, and healthy cell membranes, including cells in the intestinal tract. Carnosine is an amino acid mainly obtained from meat and products with animal sources in the diet. People who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet may have lower levels of carnosine than those who eat meat. Carnosine is a component that occurs naturally in muscle and brain tissue.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water.
Maximum daily dose:
10 mg zinc aposematic-carnosine
Contents in 1 capsule:
30 mg zinc aposematic-carnosine
Other ingredients:
Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose
Nutritional value:
14 kcal / 100 gr.
Food additive:
