Combining with magnesium helps to absorb calcium. Chelation is a natural process that occurs during digestion in which minerals bind chemically to amino acids in a specific way. This facilitates the transport of minerals through the intestinal wall and can be used by cells throughout the body. Glycine is a preferred amino acid for chelating minerals because its molecule is very small and is successfully transported to cells. Chelated calcium and magnesium glycinate can be used for the Prevention of the bone-joint apparatus and the cardiovascular system.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times a day with water during meals.

Maximum daily dose of 2 capsules:

Calcium (from calcium glycinate chelate) – 400 mg, magnesium (from calcium beiglycenate chelate) - 240 mg.

Ingredients in 1 capsule:

Calcium (from calcium glycinate chelate) – 200 mg, magnesium (from calcium beiglycenate chelate) - 170 mg.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin (capsule).

Food additive:
