Calcium, magnesium and zinc are the three main minerals our body needs to achieve optimal health of bones, nerves, brain, muscles and cells. Reduces the risk of osteoporosis, fractures, improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails, relieves depression and promotes restful sleep.

Calcium works synergistically with magnesium, other minerals and vitamins to build and strengthen bones, maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and transmit nerve impulses. Calcium also regulates muscle function and vascular contraction and helps prevent muscle spasms.

Magnesium is needed to maintain calcium solubility and metabolism. It also plays a role in the transport of calcium across cell membranes, which affects calcium balance. Composition of 1 tablet: Calcium carbonate - 350 mg (140 mg Ca ++), Magnesium oxide - 120 mg (72 mg Mg ++), Zinc oxide - 10 mg (5 mg Zn ++).

Excipients: filler - microcrystalline cellulose, modified starch - wheat, gelling agent - gelatin, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate and silica.

How to use:

Take 3 tablets daily after meals with plenty of water.
