PRODUCT INFORMATION

Calcium, magnesium and zinc are the three main minerals our body needs to achieve optimal health of bones, nerves, brain, muscles and cells. Reduces the risk of osteoporosis, fractures, improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails, relieves depression and promotes restful sleep.

Calcium works synergistically with magnesium, other minerals and vitamins to build and strengthen bones, maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and transmit nerve impulses. Calcium also regulates muscle function and vascular contraction and helps prevent muscle spasms.

Magnesium is needed to maintain calcium solubility and metabolism. It also plays a role in the transport of calcium across cell membranes, which affects calcium balance. Magnesium is important in preventing tissue calcification and bone loss. As a vital cofactor in enzyme systems, magnesium helps regulate blood sugar levels, blood pressure, muscle and nerve function.

Like calcium, zinc is a key mineral needed for bone formation. It is needed for collagen protein synthesis and cell division, which helps provide a structural platform for bone. Zinc is important for a healthy immune system, wound healing, to develop the right sense of smell and taste.

Contents:

Composition of 1 tablet: Calcium carbonate - 350 mg (140 mg Ca ++), Magnesium oxide - 120 mg (72 mg Mg ++), Zinc oxide - 10 mg (5 mg Zn ++).

Excipients: filler - microcrystalline cellulose, modified starch - wheat, gelling agent - gelatin, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate and silica.

How to use:

Take 3 tablets daily after meals with plenty of water.

Food supplement! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake! The product is not a substitute for a varied diet! Store in the original package, out of reach of children!
