Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water.
Maximum daily dose:
Chelated magnesium Glycenate 399 mg.
Contents in 1 capsule:
Chelated magnesium Glycenate 133 mg.
Other ingredients:
Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose.
Nutritional value:

Food additive:
