In seasons when there is not enough sun exposure, it is necessary to take it through dietary supplements. It plays an important role in protecting the body from various diseases such as colds and flu. Even in childhood, this vitamin is associated with the proper growth of teeth and bones. Supports the functioning of the heart, brain, muscles and nervous system, prevents inflammation.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water during meals.
Maximum daily dose:
Vitamin D3 – (Cholecalciferol) - 400 mcg.
