What is vitamin D?
Vitamin D is fat-soluble and is actually a prehormone that we can produce on our own when our skin is exposed to sunlight. It is activated in the liver and kidneys to a steroid hormone (calcitriol).
Why should I take vitamin D supplements?
Although we produce vitamin D ourselves, we often have a deficiency, which requires taking extra amounts with supplements and food. Vitamin D deficiency is expressed in bone and muscle pain, weak immunity, chronic fatigue, frequent infections, hair loss, depressive conditions, etc.
Method of use:
For adults 1 tablet per day with food.
Maximum recommended daily dose (1 tablet):
Vitamin D3 – cholecalciferol) - 5000.
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, modified wheat starch, magnesium stearate, silica.
Important information:
This product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contraindications:
Not suitable for people under 18. It is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
