What is vitamin D?

Vitamin D is fat-soluble and is actually a prehormone that we can produce on our own when our skin is exposed to sunlight. It is activated in the liver and kidneys to a steroid hormone (calcitriol).

Why should I take vitamin D supplements?

Although we produce vitamin D ourselves, we often have a deficiency, which requires taking extra amounts with supplements and food. Vitamin D deficiency is expressed in bone and muscle pain, weak immunity, chronic fatigue, frequent infections, hair loss, depressive conditions, etc.

Method of use:

For adults 1 tablet per day with food.

Other ingredients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, modified wheat starch, magnesium stearate, silica.
