Vitamin K-2 is an essential vitamin, fat-soluble and necessary for the proper absorption of calcium by interacting with it - directs it and puts it in the right places, thus protecting us from cardiovascular disease and diseases of the bone system . It also activates osteocalcin - a protein that is synthesized in the bones and is extremely important for maintaining the bone and joint system in good condition and for increasing bone mineral density.
Composition of one capsule:
Vitamin K-2 - 100mcg.
Recommended use:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily, preferably with food.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use in children under 18 years. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
